Can Deaf People Lip Read?

Today we have a special guest, Sarah! She’s a dear friend and co-worker of mine. She teaches ASL to High School students. She lost her hearing at the age of 4 and shares her experience of becoming deaf in a hearing family and how she learned to read lips.

Thank you so much Sarah for joining me and answering all of my questions about lip reading! You’re a great friend. If you loved hearing from Sarah show it in the comments. Also know that she is one of our teachers within Accelerated (Membership Program) and during our Intensives (Live Courses).
