The best way to get better at any skill is to exercise that skill, practice, study, and do it again! If you’re struggling on the fastest speed, you’ll get there! Feel free to slow the video down if you need it. Also, please note that this is an exercise of repetition and speed, NOT fluidity. The hope is that an exercise like this helps build muscle memory on how to connect certain letters and stretches you to be able to sign faster. Always remember that it’s more important to be clear than to be fast when fingerspelling. So as you’re signing, make sure you are achieving the correct handshapes and movements.
