The information on this page reflects the standard process families will follow once our approval is complete. In the meantime, Alabama’s program is designed to operate through the ClassWallet marketplace, and reimbursement may not be available for purchases made outside of that system.
We recommend confirming current purchasing options through the CHOOSE Act program before making a purchase.
If our vendor status changes, we will update this page to reflect the most accurate and up-to-date information. If Learn How to Sign is not approved, we will update the status accordingly.

Our ASL curriculum is designed to be neutral and accessible to families of all backgrounds. While the owners, Meredith and Brian are Christians, the curriculum is not a “Christian” curriculum. We do occasionally reference holidays or cultural topics, but the focus is always on language learning, understanding Deaf culture, and real-world application.
Our homeschool curriculum is built specifically for families and kids. It’s structured, age-appropriate, and includes grammar, culture, fingerspelling, assessments, and hands-on activities. You’re not just watching one-off videos—you’re moving through a full, guided program, produced at a high level of excellence.

The visual, hands-on nature of ASL is especially helpful for diverse learners. Because it’s self-paced and structured by week, you can adapt the schedule, materials, and pace to meet your child’s individual needs.
Our curriculum provides a strong foundation in vocabulary, grammar, fingerspelling, and Deaf culture, but fluency takes time, consistency, and immersion. To truly become fluent, learners need to engage regularly and apply their skills in real-world settings. Getting involved in your local Deaf community through events, church, or other gatherings is a great way to make meaningful connections and absorb the nuances of ASL necessary for fluency over time.
